Gregory Kontopos (GR/SG)
Founder & CEO
An international profile with strong contacts around the world.
Gregory carries more than 15 years of business experience. Having taken his first professional steps in Greece, he decided to take his first dive into the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Singapore, -one of the most competitive markets and financial hubs in the world- where he co-founded IGAP Project his first start-up in the mid-2010’s, spearheading various challenging projects in the SEA region and China in the following years. He still maintains strong business relationships in Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia. Since returning back to Greece, he has held an important position within a foreign boutique advisory solutions company for HNW and UHNW clients. Since his repatriation, he became involved in several major real-estate projects, among other business activities. Today, he is focused in OTLV, bringing a heavy client portfolio on the table, paired with impactful global connections. Additionally, Gregory has contributed to lobbying strategy of different firms within the Greek ecosystem, and abroad.
His expertise focuses on investments, Finance, Smart Technology, and Real Estate.
Sotiris Sakellarios (GR/UK)
Founder & Executive Director
Two decades of hands-on international experience accumulated within the most demanding setting.
Sotiris is a highly driven executive with considerable experience in Marketing, Digital, and Corporate Communications, Lobbying, and Investor Relations currently part of the Hellenic Impact Investing Network, and Swiss Impact Office, where he collaborates with the Global Impact Investing Community. In this role he offers investment consulting to UHNWIs and their family offices alike, in relation to impact and sustainability proposals.
Additionally, Sotiris is the Communications Consultant for the Israel-based Frank Group, which specializes in Real Estate Development, and the Medical Cannabis Industry.
His expertise mainly focuses on Sustainability, Green Energy, Technology, Smart Cities, Heavy Industry, in the EU and UK, as well as a keen understanding of the Global Start-Up scene.
Dimitris Tsalkitzis (GR)
Business Development -
Maritime & Real Estate
Dimitris is a passionate individual who pays attention to detail. As a young person (undergrad still), and exploiting his tendency for extroversion, Dimitris got involved in the PR sector.
He officially started his professional journey as business consultant focusing on business environment restructuring and unlocking teams’ full potential for optimum results.
Following his long term goal entered into shipping, mainly focusing his abilities on the logistics sector for major shipping entities, where he got a vast and in depth knowledge of the shipping industry. Via his long term tenure in this field, he managed to collect an extensive knowledge on the work ethics and habits of multiple cultures and professionals all around the world.
Prior to committing to the development and expansion of OTL and until recently Dimitris has also been involved in the S&P sector of the industry, having acquired multiple contacts and expanded his knowledge in “shipbroking” and basic legal aspects of shipping.
Mahmut Sinoplu (TR/UK/GB)
Venture Partner
With an Industrial Engineering background, Mahmut’s international career journeys 35 years through contracting, computerized management information systems, business consultancy, energy and aviation project management , risk management and insurance, international trade, finance and investments. Mahmut has been a Venture Partner of TransTech Capital LLP since 2012, an UK based venture capital advisory and fund management company focusing on intellectual property based technology transfer and development in Turkey and the region, leading to breakthrough high value-added products.
